The size of the bevel gear of the analyzer should be smooth, no abnormal sound, and ensure the smooth flow of the oil. The blower should observe the direction of rotation. There should be no abnormal sound and vibration. The high temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 700c, and the temperature rise should not exceed 350c. Comply with the test run. It is proved by the air load test operation that the test operation can be carried out only when the components can work normally. Meet the test run time of not less than 8h (hours). The mill should work normally, and the transmission part must not have abnormal sound and shock vibration. The high temperature of rolling bearings and lubricating oil does not exceed 800c, and the temperature rise does not exceed 400c. There should be no air leakage in the contact of the flanges in the pipeline installation. Milling output reached the specified target. Adjust the speed of the analyzer to control the particle size of the finished product within the range of 0.44-0.125 mm. After passing the air load and load to make the operation pass, tighten the fastener again and put it into normal operation.
