4. In the operation, all personnel should cooperate with each other and obey the command of the person in charge of the roller plate. Without a password, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine.
5. When the main drive is stopped, the upper roller can be lifted to perform the flipping reset of the inverted bearing and the upturning of the upper roller.
6. During the operation, if abnormal phenomena such as irregular noise and impact are found, stop the inspection immediately.
7. When lifting the steel plate or drum with the vehicle, be careful not to collide with the machine.
8. Care should be taken when the coiler is performing the coiling operation.
9. After the coiling tube is completed, the power should be turned off in time, and the equipment maintenance and on-site cleaning and rectification work should be done.
